Welcome to this website which contains information for people with the use of only one arm/hand. Whatever the reason; mine was a stroke, you have to continue daily life with only the one arm/hand that works like it use to.  There are probably some tasks that cannot be done with one hand but there are more than you think that can be done. You'll never know unless you try.
